30 years and hundreds of projects delivered | Pektra Oy

It took one year to complete the development for Environmental Management and Occupational Health and Safety Management systems. As a result, Pektra was awarded with ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 certificates on 17th May 2024. Achievement can be highlighted also from that perspective that it was done internally. Project was led by project manager Päivi Soikkeli. Production manager Piia Tähtinen and CEO Tero Ollikainen participated also to the project work. Anyhow all employees had a role in this project, which seems to add the knowledge and acceptance.

During the latter part of 2022, Pektra Oy will deliver the steel frame and shell structures installed for Hämeenmaan Kiinteistöt Oy. Project management for the project is done by Suomen Projektori Oy and the structural designer is Päijät-Suunnittelu Oy. In co-operation with Päijät-Suunnittelu Oy and Suomen Projektori Oy, Pektra found good solutions, which significantly reduced the construction costs and the carbon footprint of the building. The co-operation also ensured the availability of materials, which was crucial for the project schedule. As a result, Pektra will continue a good path of growth during the second half of the year.
